The Three Stripes has been engaging with various entities such as <a href=”https://hypebeast.com/2022/11/palace-y-3-fw22-collection-announcement-release-info”>Palace</a> and <a href=”https://hypebeast.com/2022/11/the-incredibles-pixar-adidas-basketball-damian-lillard-candace-parker-collection-release-info”>Pixar</a> for new launches, and now its skateboarding arm is revisiting its partnership with pro skater Kader Sylla. After teaming up on the <a href=”https://hypebeast.com/2022/2/adidas-skateboarding-kader-sylla-superstar-adv-collaboration-info”>adidas Superstar ADV</a> earlier in the year, the two parties have reunited to produce a second colorway.</p><p>The Studio City native takes a bold approach with this new offering. Straying away from the stealthy arrangement that informed his inaugural proposition, Sylla leans on a bold purple tone to swathe the kicks’ shaggy suede side panels and rubber toe caps. “I’m really excited about this release because it feels bigger than the last. I tried to do a color that people aren’t doing much…there aren’t too many purple shoes on the market!”, says Kader about the launch.
