Since New Balance introduced the 327 to the sneaker community through a collection alongside Casablanca in April 2020, the silhouette itself has gained a sizable amount of popularity and gone full force in terms of pushing out more collaborations and in-line makeups. The model is now aiming to beef up its 2021 portfolio with two new iterations entitled the “Sea Salt/Black” and the “Magnet/Team Red”.The “Sea Salt” variant is the more versatile option of the bunch as it comes produced with grayscale hues exclusively. This pair’s primary titular shade is applied to the tongues and canvas bases, while the suede overlays are filled in with a foggy gray. Black accents are dropped off on the NB tongue logos and lateral side N logos while the New Balance spell out on the lower medial wall is embroidered in white. Its release partner — the “Magnet/Team Red” proposal — is reliant on darker tones for styling. Canvas uppers that comprise most of the upper are painted in its titular shade, and come color-blocked with charcoal gray overlays. Doses of white are shown off through the laces, tongues and medial side branding while the lateral N logos are dripped in “Team Red”.Both pairs are available now via the New Balance website for $90 USD each. For more footwear news, New Balance’s X-Racer recently released in a “Marblehead” colorway.Click here to view full gallery at HYPEBEAST
