Kobe Bryant’s Reebok Question Mid “Yellow Toe” PE From 2003 Is Returning

Kobe Bryant’s shoe deal with adidas concluded during the summer of 2002, and so for all of the 2002-2003 NBA season he was a sneaker free agent. During that time, the perennial All-Star guard laced up a vast array of special player exclusives from imprints like Jordan Brand, AND1 and Reebok, the latter of which included a Lakers-inspired Question Mid “Yellow Toe” makeup. This variation last dropped towards the tail end of 2020 and is set to see a reissue this month. All of the original design cues from the hoops-turned-lifestyle offering are being reincarnated. Designed to match up with the Lakers’ alternate home threads from early 2000s, the kicks are arranged with tumbled white leather base layers that are complemented by pops of yellow suede toe boxes lace loops and heightened panels on the heels. Purple trim is added to the borders of the vector logos on the quarters and the tongues as well as the Question insignias that are situated on the heels and the Reebok lettering that is divided up on the aforementioned lace loops. Further pops of yellow are visible through the pair’s hexagon pods that are embedded into its semi-chunky midsole piece.Loyal fans of the purple and gold can find these releasing via Reebok on February 10, 2023 for $160 USD.In case you missed it, Hypebeast ranked the best Valentine’s Day sneakers of all time.Click here to view full gallery at Hypebeast
