There’s no question that mules, clogs and everything in between have started to become more favored amongst footwear fans across the globe, and while much of this is related to the pandemic, the trend only seems like it will be pushing forward for the foreseeable future. And with that, Jerry Lorenzo’s Fear of God has tapped into the movement with its breezy The California slip-on model, and it’s just been unveiled in a fresh “Seafoam” colorway.Like its previously launched colorways, this latest makeup opts to go with the monochromatic motif. Everything on this backless and luxe silhouette is completely swathed in a pastel “Seafoam” hue — a noticeable departure from the earthy palettes that were utilized on the first batch of renditions. Branding is present atop the heels and footbeds, both of which feature a debossed and tonal “Fear of God” spell out. Small slits are cut out on the lateral medial side of the kicks for a slight bit of ventilation, and the outsoles are treated with waffle-like textures. If you’re looking to cop these, they will be dropping via early access exclusively on Instagram come December 24. Retail will be the usual $195 USD.Previously, Jerry Lorenzo also teased an upcoming Fear of God x adidas sweatshirt.Click here to view full gallery at HYPEBEAST
