Founded in 2009, Guillaume Philibert started Filling Pieces with the idea to design a premium sneaker at a fair price point. Starting with The Low Top, the label has now defined itself as an affordable, luxury name with innovative footwear silhouettes and a full ready-to-wear line. With countless notable collaborations in its history, Filling Pieces is now set to deliver a sure-to-be sought-after team-up with IWC Schaffhausen.Although details are scarce, we now have an early look at the unexpected team-up with the Swiss watch manufacturer located in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Images reveal an obscured footwear design that looks to be inspired by a take on IWC’s signature Pilot Watch’s Chronograph.More specifically, the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph TOP GUN Edition “Woodland” (Ref. IW389106), which was released as part of IWC’s “The Colors of TOP GUN” collection at Watches and Wonders 2022 in Geneva. The watch is constructed with a newly engineered green ceramic, a color IWC and PANTONE® have specified as “IWC Woodland.” The bold tone appears on the case and dial, contrasted by the numerals and hour markers in a lighter hue.Check out the teasers for the upcoming IWC Schaffhausen x Filling Pieces collaboration above and stay tuned for more details. In case you missed it, THUG CLUB is leading the progression of South Korean streetwear.Click here to view full gallery at HYPEBEAST
