Air Jordan 1 LV8D Surfaces In a Tan and White Colorway

You’ve got to tip your hats to Jordan Brand for keeping things interesting when it comes to its footwear offerings as seeing the same retro models come out in different colorways can sometimes be a bit dull. And that’s exactly the case for this new Air Jordan 1 LV8D — an impending variation of the Air Jordan 1 that is constructed with a chunky platform sole. After first surfacing with a heritage-inspired “Bred” palette, the elevated model has now showed face with a clean tan and white makeover.Base layers are produced with smooth leather materials and come treated with all-white toe boxes, quarters, laces and tongues. Offsetting these components are Swooshes, and overlays atop the forefoot, near the throat and on the heels that are treated with a lighter tan hue. On the back side, the silhouette of the AJ 1’s customary ball-and-wings logo is present, but the center of it is bereft of any Air Jordan branding. Chunky midsole pieces are done up with an angelic finish and come marked by a tonal Jumpman logo out back, and the outsoles are designed to match the aforementioned overlays. No release info has been announced just yet, but it’s likely that these will see an official launch in 2022.For more footwear news, Michael Jordan’s game-worn Nike Air Ship sold for $1.47 Million USD at Sotheby’s auction.Click here to view full gallery at HYPEBEAST
