Kanye West and adidas’ YEEZY BOOST 700 MNVN has been on a hiatus for most of the 12 months, but it’s recently started to bubble up again with new colorways like the “Blue Tint,” “Cyan Blue” and — most recently — “Honey Flux.” Where several other models in the adidas YEEZY line like the YEEZY 500 and YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 like to experiment with colorblocking and construction, the MNVN keeps things uniform by offering a single-colored smooth upper with bold branding atop a chunky sole.On the “Honey Flux,” the tone of choice is a bright, bumblebee-like yellow. It’s accented by a large silver “700” hit on the lateral quarter plus black and silver detailing on heel and toebox alike. Smoky black is used for the toe cap, and jet black provides contrast on the tongue, throat and laces. Down below, an all black YEEZY BOOST 700 midsole adds what appears to be hi-vis reflective material to its cut-out oval details to complete the look.Though adidas has yet to announce an official release date for the YEEZY BOOST 700 MNVN “Honey Flux,” the noted leakers at YEEZY MAFIA have reported that it’ll release in October.
